Through education and experience, I've learned that what we eat plays a MAJOR role in how effective and efficient training is. This is one of the few areas of fitness that is not really up for debate. It is absolutely the most important factor and cannot be ignored. Regardless of what "diet" fad or plan you are on... the most consistent point is that you must be aware of what you are putting into your body. Our approach is slightly different than most on this front. We will not be providing "meal plans" or quick fix guides to lose belly fat. Unless you are an athlete training for a very specific event or sport, meal plans are probably not going to provide you what you need anyways. We will do a comprehensive background analysis, consult with you about your medical history and provide you with SMART goals based on your personal strengths and weaknesses.
